  • Implementing content published in a web-based platform, while utilizing and developing standards/style guides;
  • Providing second-level support for software systems (based on expertise) as part of the general service desk escalation process;
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and extracting details and concepts required to produce artifacts needed to support and educate the website end-users.
